Rules and conditions:
- Photos should be posted by participants on the Center for the Study of the Built Environment’s (CSBE) Facebook page wall. Posted photos will subsequently be added and uploaded to a dedicated album for the competition on the CSBE Facebook page. Each participant can upload as many photos as s/he likes.
- Provide along with the uploaded images a brief caption that describes how the submitted photo captures the experience of daily transportation in Jordan. Also specify the location where the photo was taken.
- CSBE reserves the right to verify the validity and originality of any photo, and to disqualify any entrant who submits a photo that is not in accordance with the contest rules or irrelevant to the contest’s theme and subject.
- Entrants will retain all rights to any submitted photograph, but CSBE retains a royalty-free nonexclusive, irrevocable right to use the submitted photographs or authorize others to use them including reproducing, provided that such use is non-commercial and that the entrants are credited.
- By submitting a photograph, the entrant certifies that s/he is the photographer of the submitted photograph and that s/he owns all rights for it.

القواعد والأحكام:
- يقوم المشترك في المسابقة بنشر الصورة أو الصور التي يلتقطها على حائط صفحة مركز دراسات البيئة المبنية في موقع التواصل الإجتماعي Facebook. وسينقل المركز الصور المنشورة إلى ألبوم صور خاص بالمسابقة. ويمكن للمشترك أن ينشر أي عدد يود من الصور.
- يجب أن يرفق المشترك مع كل صورة شرحاً بسيطاً يبيّن علاقة الصورة بتجربة الموصلات اليومية في الأردن، ويجب أيضاً تحديد المكان الذي التُقطت فيه الصورة.
- يحق لمركز دراسات البيئة المبنية التأكد من حقوق الملكية لأي صور تنشر وأن يزيل أي صور تخالف شروط المسابقة أو لا تتماشى مع موضوعها.
- إن جميع حقوق الملكية للصور محفوظة لأصحابها، ولكن مركز دراسات البيئة المبنية يحتفظ بجميع حقوق نشر الصور بالشكل الذي يراه مناسباً على أن لا تنشر الصور لغايات تجارية وأن يتم تحديد هوية صاحبها في حال نشرها.
- إن ناشر الصورة يقر بأنه من قام بتصويرها وأنه يملك كامل حقوق الملكية والنشر المرتبطة بها.
- إن المشاركة في المسابقة تعتبر موافقة تلقائية على هذه القواعد والأحكام.
