The Omrania | CSBE Student Award for Architectural Design
2008 First Cycle Winners

The Award jury awarded first, second, and third prizes, as well as an honorable mention.

The winning projects are as follows:


First place: Redevelopment of the Southern Terrace of Jabal al-Qal'a; designed by Dina Hadi, Mousa Shahin, and Hazim Samawi and supervised by Arch. Leen Fakhoury, University of Jordan, Amman.

Second place: Aqaba Seaport Passenger Terminal; designed by Dima Abu Arida and supervised by Dr. Abd Alsaheb Alazzawi, Jordan University of Science and Technology, Irbid.
 

Third place: Jordan's Stock Exchange Building; designed by Diana Ziadat and supervised by Dr. Natheer Abu Obeid, Jordan University of Science and Technology, Irbid.
 

Honorable mention: Stock Exchange as a Stock Cafe; designed by Ajwad Masarwa and supervised by Dr. Natheer Abu Obeid, Jordan University of Science and Technology, Irbid.
