Favorite Architectural Detail in Amman Competition

For CSBE’s first photography competition, we asked Facebook users to post and submit photographs of their favorite architectural details in Amman. The photographer whose photo would receive the most number of “Likes” by the competition deadline (March 31, 2011) would be announced the competition winner.

Seven participants posted photos. The photo “Top view of canopies covering an alleyway in al-Sukkar Market in downtown Amman," which was posted by Mohamad Eimar received 1,123 likes.

Mohamad Eimar received a copy of the CSBE book Sahel Al Hyiari | Projects signed by Sahel Al Hiyari, and had the chance to accompany Sahel on a site visit to one of his ongoing projects.
